PRIVACY NOTICE

CarHandlers, LLC ('CarHandlers') collects information about you only in connection with providing the services you request, and the personal, non-public information can vary according to the services performed, and may include:

Information we receive from you:  Examples include your name, address, phone number(s), e-mail address, your vehicle description, your estimate of the vehicle's condition, the location of a vehicle, and in some cases, the auto's vehicle identification number (VIN).  In addition, CarHandlers web service may place a 'cookie' on the hard drive of a user's computer.  The cookie itself does not contain any personally identifying information.  It enables CarHandler's web servers to manage communications between the server and the browser. 

Sellers:  We will relay information you give us to potential Buyers.  Buyers:  We will relay information you give us to potential Sellers.  We retain and use feedback from Buyers and Sellers to facilitate transactions and improve customer service.

Information that we receive from others about your vehicle:  Examples include ownership and lien information disclosed on the Title or by the Motor Vehicle Department, a Buyer's estimate or description of your vehicle's condition, and the VIN history of the vehicle (should that be important to you or the buyer).

All e-mail addresses and other address, phone, or contact information are collected so that Buyers and Sellers can contact each other, and will only be distributed to those parties involved.  All Buyers and potential Buyers, who are assisting us in providing services to you, are required to maintain confidentiality of all information given to them, such as your name, address, phone numbers.

TERMS OF USE:

We attempt to offer all services efficiently and reliably.  However, occasional interruptions in service or other unintentional errors or disruptions are possible.  Unauthorized attempts to upload information or change information on this service, or copying or unauthorized use of any and all information, methods, and depictions are strictly prohibited and may be punishable under applicable laws.

Any contractual obligations, promises, bargains, statements, or agreements between buying and selling parties are not the responsibility of CarHandlers, LLC. ('CarHandlers'),   All vehicles bought, sold, or negotiated are done so directly between the buying and selling individuals or parties, and not CarHandlers.  CarHandlers does not warranty or make any claim about any vehicle bought, sold, or transferred in any way.  All parties hold CarHandlers harmless, and CarHandlers holds no liability in the any transaction or interaction between any parties, and they take place solely at the discretion of parties.  Providing free and clear title, other documentation, and acceptance of ownership documents by government entities for any vehicle are solely the responsibilities of the parties.  All parties to the transaction should seek any outside assistance or counsel as to any transaction they undertake, and are responsible for and rules and regulations that apply.
